A few things to check before you call
- Make sure the thermostat is set to Cool, with the set temperature below the room temperature
- Check that the air filter is not clogged, since a dirty filter restricts airflow
- Look at the breaker panel for a tripped AC breaker
- Keep the outdoor unit clear of leaves, grass clippings and debris
- If the unit is iced over, turn the system off so the ice can melt, and call us instead of chipping at it

Why is my AC blowing warm air?

Why is my AC freezing up?
